Refugees and asylum seekers by definition are seeking refuge and a safe place to be. Being allowed to seek sanctuary should be a right for everyone making the arduous journey to our shores.

Past data shows that most women detained for removal will be allowed to stay in the UK, given proper legal support to make their case.
